I have bought and sold properties several times, a couple of which involved moving considerable distances. My experience with Ted was by far and away the best. We moved to Chicago from New York. Both the very different real estate environment here and our unfamiliarity with Chicago neighborhoods posed significant challenges. In the search he listened to us and showed us properties both that we had located and those that he felt best met our needs and requirements. He and his office were magnificent in supporting us through the purchasing process and even afterward when the closing was finished. I cannot praise him and his people highly enough and recommend him to anyone who wants an agent who is competent, informed and attentive to one's needs and situation. It was so great to have him on my side.
